ENHYPEN, pronounced as "en-hai-pen," is a seven-member K-pop boy group formed by BELIFT LAB, a joint venture between CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE Corporation). The group was created through the survival show *I-LAND*, which aired in 2020. The show featured trainees from various backgrounds, and the final seven members were chosen by global fans through a voting process. ENHYPEN officially debuted on November 30, 2020, with their first mini-album, *BORDER: DAY ONE*. The group's name symbolizes a "hyphen" that connects different elements, such as dreams, reality, and fans.
Since their debut, ENHYPEN has released multiple successful albums, including *BORDER: CARNIVAL*, *DIMENSION: DILEMMA*, and *MANIFESTO: DAY 1*. Their music is characterized by a mix of genres, including pop, hip-hop, and R&B, and their lyrics often explore themes of youth, dreams, and self-discovery. The group has gained international recognition, performing at major events like KCON and winning awards such as the Rookie of the Year at the Golden Disc Awards. Their fanbase, known as ENGENE, continues to grow, thanks to their relatable personalities and exceptional talent.
