He then got married to Marie Marotta in the year 2003 until she faced her death. His wife, Catherine Brown, in a private ceremony in 2012, and got divorced in October later that year. He has a daughter (named Lyndsay Cottrell), who was born in the year 1988.
In the year 1998, a Golden Palm Star on the Palm Springs, California, Walk of Stars was dedicated to him.
In the year of 2010, he became a naturalized American citizen in Las Vegas, where he was residing earlier.
