Businessman Walter Scott Jr. was married to his late wife Suzanne Scott. The couple got married in the year 1987 at Countryside Community Church, where they both worshipped.
Suzanne was the friend of Walter’s first wife named Carolyn. However, she didn’t know Walter.
Walter’s first wife, Carolyn died in the year 1983 and he married her friend Suzanne in 1987. Unfortunately, Suzanne is no more and died in the year 2013.
Through the Suzanne and Walter Scott Foundation, Scott was a generous donor. The charity focuses on youth development and education. In addition, there is assistance for the Omaha city community.
Scott gave a gift of US$ 53 million to Colorado State University’s School of Engineering in 2016. The Walter Scott Jr. College of Engineering will be established.
