(8) No dangerous goods shall be carried in an aircraft cabin occupied by passengers or on the flight deck of an aircraft, except those specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 3. (9) Any hazardous contamination found on an aircraft as a result of leakage or damage to dangerous goods shall be removed without delay.
