Derrick White was welcomed to the world on 2 July 1994, by his parents, Richard and Colleen White.
He grew up in the hometown of Parker, Colorado, where the player completed his high school study.
Growing up in a loving family, White has always found the support of his mom and dad. The player previously mentioned that his parents worked hard for him to be a part of the college basketball team, and he cherished them.
His family has been more than proud to see the player’s success in basketball, as he plays for NBA. Also, his father Richard stated, “He (Derrick) is not afraid of hard work, getting better.”
