As of 2022, the age Keith Randulich is 30-31 years old. The 17-years old young teen was sentenced to 40-years in prison after he brutally killed his sister in their family home.
Little Sabrina was only 4 when she was stabbed to death. As per the reports, he will be in his late 50s when he is released from prison.
Prior to being a convicted murderer, Randulich was an academically successful senior at Lincoln-Way East High School in the Chicago suburbs.
Prosecutors were seeking a life sentence for Randulich due to the brutal nature of the crime.
